About the Project
The PGW-GH Longrich Marketing Queen pageantry competition is a one-of-a-kind pageant that seeks to highlight beautiful ladies' exceptional entrepreneurial marketing skills. Pageant contestants will be equipped with a variety of skills, including sales, marketing, promotion, team building, leadership, and business development, while promoting beauty. Contestants will be required to use these skills to promote the sponsors' brand and drive sales (rather than soliciting votes) while promoting beauty. During the competition, there will also be camping and tourism activities to promote team building among the pageants. The competition will include stage presentations throughout Ghana, as well as social media activities.

To become a leading group of professionals raising a vibrant team of successful youth entrepreneurs. This will be achieved through projecting beauty and network marketing across all youthful platforms.

OBJECTIVES OF THE MARKETING QUEEN
By the end of the project, we look forward to achieving the following:
- To mentor at least 15 youth to earn not lesser than GHS10,000.00 (as capital to be used for their business project) through the Longrich network marketing platform by their own daily promotional and sales activities.
- To mentor at least 5 youth to earn not lesser than GHS100,000.00 (as capital to be used for their business project) through the Longrich network marketing platform by their own daily promotional and sales activities.
- To equip at least 20 youth with skills; on how to pitch their business ideas to investors or potential partners, how to build and maintain a business team, how to lead a business team to achieve a common business goal.
AREAS OF COMPETITION
Contestants will be required to identify a business project they would love to undertake or has already started of which funds and other rewards achieved from the pageantry will go to support the growth and sustainability of their project.
During the competition, the contestants are required to exhibit a strong interest, passion and skill in entrepreneurship. Their ability to blend their entrepreneurship skills with fashion, modelling and promotion is key.
1. Fashion, Photograph, Videos and Promotion (15%)
The fashion wear of the contestant should reflect their personal style, ethics, believes, occasion and themes. Contestant should look forward to projecting Africa fashion, values and culture.

This segment will be very much like a runway show exhibiting Longrich products in fashion and Africa culture.
The fashion wear competition is worth 5% of the contestant’s total score.
Contestants will be required to promote their project with photographs and videos posted on their project social media handles. The outcome of this will be measured by the number of followers, comments and public votes. The photograph and videos must project professionalism in business, beauty and elegance in connection to the pageant’s project. The photos and videos must be appealing, quality and clear, beauty of the face, personality and grooming.
Photographs, Videos and Promotions is worth 10% of the contestant’s total score.
2. Presentation & Interview (25%):
Presentation of business plan is a key area in the journey of any successful business. Contestants will be required to make a face-to-face and social media business presentation with the aim of pitching for business or to make a sale of Longrich business or product.

There will also be a convergence of prospects where contestants will be required to present their Longrich business connecting it to their personal business project then request prospects to take immediate action to support their project by purchasing either a Longrich product or business package.
The outcome of their presentation will be measured by the volume of business growth on their Longrich Pageant Account which will be measured by the PVs generated over time.
The volume of PVs to be generated over time will worth 15% of the contestant’s total score.
Contestants will also be interviewed by judges on how they closed their prospects into becoming business partners and test their understanding of the business presentations they do. They will be interviewed about their understanding of the network marketing industry, successful personalities in the industry, etc.
Personal interview competition is the contestants’ best opportunity to allow the judges to get to know them personally and express or justify the outcome of their works. Judges will ask questions on variety of topics related to the network marketing industry.
Interview on business presentation is worth 10% of the contestant’s total score
3. Team Building, Leadership and Business Systems (60%)
A successful business entity must be seen as a separate legal entity from the owner of the business. The ability of contestants to build a team, nature them and duplicate themselves in others and implementing systems to run the business independent of themselves is key

Contestants will be required to form teams for their project using the Longrich business platforms within specific time periods.
The number of team members there are able to build during a specific period of given time is worth 20% of the contestant’s total score.
Contestants’ ability to see to it their team members grow in ranks in Longrich is also a critical success factor that signal their ability to transfer their project objectives to the team members. Contestants will be given a time frame to ensure grow their leaders.
Leadership rank achievement within a given period is worth 30% of the contestant’s total score.
Contestants will be required to put in place business systems such as setting up their communication systems, sales system, training systems, etc. to support their business services.
Business systems is worth 10% of the contestant’s total score.
